Thermal Fluid Heaters provide heat transfer applications with a liquid phase media (Hot Oil) at higher temperatures while at lower pressure. The KKYK series Thermal Fluid Heater’s design is based on the use of solid fuels (ex. Biomass) as an energy source.The fuel options include but are not limited to Wood Waste, Hogged Wood Chips, Bark, Coal etc.

Our advance Thermal Fluid Heaters are a hybrid of standard and custom heater design, engineered for high efficiency and long life. The coils are custom designed based on the fuel used and the customers operating parameters regarding Thermal Capacity, Operating Temperature, Thermal Fluid Flow and Allowable Pressure Drop.

The KKYK range of Thermal Fluid Heaters are available with two types of Fuel Delivery Systems: Screw Feed or Moving Grates. Selection is based on the fuel used. The Grates are manufactured from high quality materials in order to provide optimum performance and long life.

The heater coils/tubes are commonly supplied to meet local code requirements around the world. Codes including  ASME/CE//TUV/DIN.

The TH Series Thermal Fluid Heaters uses a high efficiency 3 tabular coil design. For wood off-cuts firing, the heater can have manual feeding. For Sawdust firing, an Understoker Screw Feeder can be supplied.

The TH Series Thermal Fluid Heater comes with China GB certification for use in countries that do not need the ASME/CE//TUV/DIN approvals .

The high quality and reliable TH Series Thermal Fluid Heater is competitively priced for use where the ASME/CE//TUV/DIN approvals are not required.

A Multi-Cyclonic Ash Separator is provided to remove small dust particles to meet stringent clean air requirements.

The heater comes with  duplex circulation pumps and a power failure safety system to protect the heater from overheating in case of power failure.They are designed for a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and a maximum temperature of 320oC.with an efficiency of 85%.
